We also offer guided tailor made, full day tours, in Piedmont. How about a day with visiting vineyards, wineries attend wine tastings. Or even take a “gourmet stop” during the day, maybe go for a truffle hunt and taste some fresh truffles. How about a finedining experience or take a break at a spa. Let us know what you would like to do and we can arrange a fantastic day for you.
We can pick you up and drive you back home when the day is finished.

We can also organize a full day schedule with winery visits, truffle hunts etc, but without a guide and driver.

Cooking classes at “home”
Learn how to make the perfect risotto or even homemade pasta. Or why not a big traditional Italian dinner with Vitello tonnato, Insalata russa, Lasagna and Pannacotta.

This is our introductory tasting. It is dedicated to those who wants an overall understanding of the different grape varieties that are grown in Langhe. It will take you through the most common grapes but also local and less known. Here you will also get a introductory in the Italian wine classifications, such as (Protected geographical denomination), DOCG, DOC and IGP.

Ulrika Ferlin

I have worked in the restaurant business my entire life with a short break working for the military. I took my sommelier degree at the Restaurant accademy in 2013 in Stockholm, Sweden. There I also took my Wine and Spirit Educational Trust degree. I’m now attending the Wine and Spirit Educational Trust Diploma. I will take my degree i 2017.
During my studies I discovered my interest for sommelier competitions. In 2013 I took the Freestyle Sommelier award in Sweden and Lily Bollinger award – Best female sommelier of the year in Sweden. I also took a second place in the Swedish championship in blind tasting in 2014.
My big interest for wine brought my to one of the most important wine regions in italy. I currently work and live in Barolo in Piedmont. I work as a Hospitality manager and Sommelier for one of the greater wineries here.

Matteo Mantegazza

I spent many nights cooking with my mum and sharing a bottle of wine with my grandfather. In 2011 I took my degree in Gastronomic science at the University of Parma, Italy. When finished I continued my studies and took a Master in Marketing of local Italian food and wine, in 2012. During my studies I had the opportunity to have an internship at one of the best Italian restaurants Piazza Duomo ***Michelin, in Alba. There I have spent the last three years working as a Head waiter and assistant restaurant manager.
We would now like to share our knowledge and help others discovery this beautiful wine country, Italy.
